We offer both one-off purchases and subscriptions. Some of our homepage offers include a subscription as part of the deal, but it’s not mandatory for all purchases.
If you selected an offer that included a subscription, this would have been clearly shown before checkout – including a tickbox to confirm your subscription.
🔍 How to Check Your Subscription Status
To confirm whether you have an active subscription:
Log into your account on our website.
Go to your Account area and select “Subscriptions”.
From there, you’ll see the status of your subscription and any upcoming deliveries.
📦 A Quick Overview of the Subscription Terms
Rolling Monthly Subscription:
You’ll receive recurring deliveries of Pinter Packs every 4 weeks.Minimum Order Requirement:
After your initial order containing a Pinter, your subscription has a minimum order requirement. Once that requirement is met, you’ll be able to manage your subscription freely, including pausing, or cancelling your subscription directly from your account.

You’ll be charged automatically every 4 weeks (or earlier if you use the “Send ASAP” feature).No Returns on Shipped Subscription Orders:
Once a subscription order has been dispatched, it can’t be returned or refunded. You can, however, pause or cancel future orders.No Beer Selected?
If you haven’t chosen your beers before your subscription date — or if your chosen beer is out of stock, we’ll send the default beer of the month.
If your subscription is active, we’ll send you an email 10 days before your next order is processed. This reminder lets you know your subscription order is coming up soon and highlights some of the community’s favourite styles, giving you the chance to explore new options and make changes before it goes through.
🔧 Managing Your Subscription:
Via the 'Your Subscription' section in your account you can:
Pause or cancel your subscription - If minimum order requirements have been met
Change beer selections
Update delivery preferences
Note: Any changes must be made before 11:59pm the day before your subscription renews.
