It happens! If you’ve forgotten to place the Conical (the plastic part that fits into the underside of the Main Cap), here’s what you need to know.

✅ Will it still work?

Yes – your brew will still work without the Conical.
However, the Conical plays a helpful role, so we recommend using it whenever possible.

🔍 What the Conical does

The Conical helps direct the yeast towards the Brewing Dock, supporting a cleaner and more efficient fermentation. If it’s left out, fermentation may still work perfectly fine, but it can be slightly less clean or consistent.

🧪 Already brewing without it?

No need to stop or restart – your brew is still on track.
Just make sure to include the Conical next time to get the best possible results.
